To this mission, the college introduced the Employers Council in 1997. The Council is where the curriculum for WLC courses is crafted. The council is attended by academia and industry professionals. The platform is great place to interact with the HR fraternity. This is a good learning experience for everyone. My only suggestion would be to organize it even more often. I can only imagine the benefits experienced by the students from WLC.
