WLCI Fashion school reviews
the new X-Men Movie series-'X-Men Days of Future Past'. Last Friday the movie hit the theaters across India and
X-Men series fans and their ardent followers did throng to the cinema halls to
have the first time encounter with the much talked about film.
The movie plot and sequence
takes the audience to the path of time-travel and Wolverine has to travel back
to 1973 to right the wrong and prevent the impending holocaust! As the movie
travels back to the 70's the 'kitsch' culture is shown in full-blown
proportions among the costumes. Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Lawrence are at their
usual impressive selves and Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Professor X (James
McAvoy), Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart play their older selves with ease.
The tightly-choreographed action sequences leaves the audience
reeling. The best, of course, is Magneto's jail break sequence involving
Quicksilver and set to Jim Croce's Time in Bottle. The movie lives up to its
X-Men series status and the satisfied audience leaves the theater's longing for
more...
