"Error, You Should Avoid In Interviews"

Each year, the WLC sectional Edge module, all batches of students are subjected to an intensive and serious they are educated and trained for the next stage of their immediate future. The investment! Since this is the most important and decisive step for the students aspiring for the coveted position and WLCI College, this write-up is to draw attention to some errors should be avoided in interviews. Basically, Interview is a process where an employer reviews a candidate and assess its suitability for use and whether the candidate possesses the qualities and skills required in this organization.

Evaluation: The respondent must be aware of the work of the profile and visibility of the organization before you get to the interview panel. Do not judge and evaluate the organization for its "Brand". Remember, in real operating conditions may differ from what you might expect, be prepared for some surprises!

Communication: As we know communication is the key word is commonly practiced throughout the world prior to the interview. But essentially it is the presence of the candidate of the spirit to maintain effective communication and active engagement with the interviewer:
I) Develop good listening habits and to maintain eye contact throughout.

II) To be spontaneous, and always maintain an attitude of open and official.

Iii) Give non-verbal communication is in conjunction with your verbal communication. Back handshake only available for women, the courteous nod is suitable.

Attitude: Observe the interviewer is accustomed to seeing a lot of people like you and can easily measure your attitude. Attitude is what you are and what you bring with you in the organization. Be polite and positive and deference to indicate your flexibility to meet the demands of your job.

Preparation: Make sure you are formally dressed and properly maintained, there is no clash of colors and textures of high or cosmetics. Take your CV with all documents, letters of recommendation and certificates in a folder. Look confident and composed and wake up with a smile to make a successful first impression.

Composure: Keep a clear mind of the thoughts of others and focus on maintenance is important, an interview is really a mind game between you and the interviewer. by different types of problems and adaptation of appropriate body language to prepare, which is where you demonstrate your skills, use all their knowledge and answer questions accordingly.
